When the going gets tough #KeepRunningForBoo… That’s what I’m doing and bagged an 8 miler today around #FarnhamPark! I even got my MAFS fix by running past Farnham Castle which seems a favourite venue for this season’s weddings! Anyway that’s 62 miles run and just 28 to run now for September! If you want to keep track of my #RunningProgress to date but also want to learn more about coeliac disease you can read my blog which starts with a post about what it is and also how #BetsyBoo got diagnosed… ![]()

Another 8 miler today! #StillRunningForBoo #CoeliacDisease
I decided to take on a new route up around Hale and through the beautiful Farnham Park! Even when it’s raining it still looks beautiful. Great to get out and get some fresh air! So that’s 54 miles run and 36 left to run for September! #BringItOn 🏃♀️🌧️

I’ve been finding everything really hard this week – especially getting out #RunningForBoo when my body and mind are just saying no! However, one thing I’ve always loved about running and exercise in general is that it makes me #FeelGood – well at least better anyway! I need it for my wellbeing and especially at the moment when I’m feeling life is tough! The end of the month is also looming and therefore I need to get my running shoes on. An 9 mile run achieved running around the beautiful Rowhills… So that’s 46 miles run and half way to 90! 🏃♀️⏰

So, another lovely morning to #GetRunning! After a visit to look around a school for Alfie who starts senior school next September! Where does time fly? That was all I needed to motivate myself to get my trainers on and start pounding the streets of Farnham! Time goes so quickly – this month is going so quickly! A nine mile run done today and feeling rather knackered, #RestDayTomorrow! 🌞🏃♀️🎽

Love a Sunday morning run! Lovely and fresh this morning with the sun shining, so I was able to get out and nail a few miles whilst Alfie and Betsy-Boo hit the car boot! A further 8 miles run – so that’s 28 run so far for the month! Best get #BackOutTomorrow and run again… 🌞🏃♀️ #KeepRunning #LetsDoThis #NinetyMilesInSeptember #RunningForBoo #CoealiacUk

I just missed the rain and thunder today with a lunch time run around Weybourne and Badshot Lea. Ran past the #BestSchoolEver which Betsy is missing lots! I’m Loving this cooler weather this week despite the rain! It’s making me run a little quicker and even got a badge for running my fastest 5K for a while! #Bring on Autumn! So that takes my total mileage up to 20 with 70 to go this month! Going to rest my aching body for a few days and then up the anti this weekend! 🏃♀️🎽⚡

Apologies to all #SummerLovers but I’m loving this fresher autumnal weather! #BringItOn – I’m off the mark for mileage in September with a 51/2 mile lunch time run plus edging closer to the half way mark for my #SummerChallenge to run 340 miles in 4 months – 70 in July, 80 in August & now 90 in September. So far I’ve clocked up 155 miles and have just 185 to go! I’m #RunningForBoo, for Coeliac UK – to raise awareness about the siease and how it’s not just about being gluten free.
